Bookings 

For weekly bookings, Arr/Dep is on a Friday. 

Due to enhanced Covid cleaning, check-in is from 5pm and check-out by 9am.

During high and mid season, there is a minimum booking of 7 days.  

In the low season the cottage is available for short stays for a minimum of 4 nights.   

Payment schedule

50% due at the time of booking.  Remaining balance due 28 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

75% of your payment will be refunded if you cancel 21 days before your arrival date, and 50% will be refunded if you cancel 14 days before your arrival date.

No refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date.

Other charges

No damage deposit is payable.

There is a standard cleaning fee of £160 per stay.

Up to 2 well-behaved/bred dogs are welcome, no charge.
